If he gets more than 15-20 customer emails a day I'd find it hard to believe. Checking and punching out a quick reply "we havn't forgotten about you" is hardly gonna eat up so much time the 2.5 of you can't get any work done. I'm completely baffled. If the problem is spending too much time away from home then get a aircard for your laptop, or a blackberry. For every time Ash says it's so hard on one hand I understand the stress of it, but logistically, it's really not that tough. If you have enough staff to take care ofeverything and are still falling behind then you should focus on ways to streamline your workflow and manage your time better.
